Canadian Fine Foods is a family owned business successfully operating in Ontario. Our family has over 30 years experience in the custom grocery industry.
We are frequently looking for Inside Sales & Customers Service Representative for our Markham & Ellesmere office location. This is an entry level sales position.
In that role, you will execute several outbound calls every day to new and existing customers in order to develop our customer base and increase revenues for Canadian Fine Foods.
Qualifications
- Interest in Sales
- Professional communication skills
- Computer knowledge: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Previous telemarketing experience - an asset
- Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a sales environment or related field.
- Proven selling and customer service skills in a call center environment.
- Adaptability & flexibility.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Open office environment
- Providing service to customers by telephone will account for approximately 85% of the workday.
- CFF offers a lucrative hourly and commission based compensation package.
